LPR or Laryngopharyngeal Reflux is a known and common disorder, which will cause some major problems in case, left untreated. Generally, you are needed to swallow the chalky solution when standing in the front of x-ray machine. This test can tell your doctor how you swallow and in case, there is any kind of abnormality in the throat area. Second test for Laryngopharyngeal Reflux is called Ph-metry test and basically it will monitor Ph levels in esophagus over 24hour period and this test is started in either doctor’s office or local hospital.
